We have accommodations for groups of all sizes, including buy outs of the venue & restaurant.

We provide an ongoing celebration of exceptional food & wine & will customize menus to meet your every need. Our event staff will coordinate entertainment, décor, audio-visual equipment, custom-printed menus, & any other needs you may have.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY

CAPACITY

The Vista Room is a versatile space and can accommodate a standing-room-only-event, a mixture of seated and standing, or an all-seated event. The maximum capacity for Standing Only is 300, mixture Seated and Standing 225, *All Seated 180.

*All Seated events take up most of the floor space so there will not be room for a dance floor.  However, some situations allow for tables to be broken down after dinner to allow space for entertainment and dancing.  

PRICING

Instead of a rental fee, The Vista Room has a Food and Beverage Minimum to use the space.  If the minimum is not met, the difference will be charged as a rental fee.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS BY DAY OF THE WEEK

(Pricing is for 3-hour events) ($500 for each additional hour)


Monday: $1,500
Tuesday: $1,500
Wednesday: $2,000
Thursday: $2,750
Friday: $4,750
Saturday: $4,7500
Sunday: $2,750


WEDDINGS: $5,000 (Fri and Sat. Discounts available for Sunday-Thursday weddings)
State & Local Tax (8%) Service Charge (20%) are not included in minimums.

*There is an upharge on weddings due to the additional setup and break down of the event. 

HOW TO GET STARTED

To secure your date and time, we require a $500 deposit in the form of a credit card
authorization form which can be filled out electronically and sent back. A full refund of the deposit will be issued incase of cancellation, except in cases of last-minute cancellation.

 

The Vista Room considers any cancellation within the 30 days leading up to an event a “last-minute” cancellation. We reserve the right to keep the deposit in these rare cases.

VENUE WALK-THROUGH

Managers are on duty during normal business hours and, in most cases, will be able to show prospective guests the space and answer basic questions about private parties and rentals.

 

However, due to the nature of the restaurant industry and peak times of operation, we recommend scheduling a walk-through with the Event Coordinator or the General Manager. Please email either to schedule an in-depth walk-through.

ENTERTAINMENT

For entertainment, The Vista Room will provide music played over our professional sound system with the station, artist or genre of your choice.  For guests with a band or a DJ performing during an event, we require a Vista Room certified sound and lighting technician to be present to ensure the safety of our state-of-the-art system and in order to assist in the use of our equipment and facilities. 

 

The technician(s’) fee is $250.00 and is not included in the
minimum, as they are independent contractors certified in the use of our specific system.

TABLES, CHAIRS & LINENS

Use of The Vista Room includes a combination of rustic high-top and low-top tables with accompanying barstools and chairs. There are a combination of four-seat and six-seat rectangle tables in the high and low-top configuration.
 
For round tables or for specialty tables, The Vista Room will work with a rental company of the guests’ choice or will contact one of the rental companies on the house vendor list to acquire a quote and source what is desired.
 
Table Linens for the buffet are included in the cost of the food selection. The Vista Room can provide table cloths for dining or other specialty tables in ivory, white or black at a cost of $10 per table. Different colors and styles can be sourced with ample notice (Two-week minimum) and
for any additional cost, including shipping, handling, and cleaning.

STAFF

The Vista Room provides professional serving, bartending, kitchen and management staff for all events. Serving and bartending staff will be scheduled in quantity based on the specific event head-count.

DINING OPTIONS

Use the button below for Event Menu Options. There are options for passed appetizers or appetizer buffets. The Tiered Menu options are buffet-style. However, The Vista Room’s Head Chef will work with guests to create a memorable menu for any occasion should the event require something not listed. The Vista Room’s professional kitchen staff is excellent and will do everything within their power to provide the perfect culinary experience for any event.
