DETAILS ABOUT PLANNING AN EVENT
We strive to give you a great value, personalized attention and care along with customized event planning to help design a memorable event. Our goal is to help relieve the stress and frustration that can go into hosting and planning events. We try and make this an easy and fun experience for you and your guests.
We can accommodate various numbers based on how we arrange seating, and most events do not require everyone to have a seat, as there is always a lot of mingling. As a general rule of thumb, our seated capacity is 160, and the standing capacity is 300.
We supply house music played over our professional sound system with the station, artist or genre of your choice. If you have a band or a DJ, we require our sound pros to be present to ensure that the sound & lighting needs are met flawlessly, ensures proper volume to protect your guests and neighboring businesses and safeguards our equipment & facilities from accidental misuse. Our sound and lighting production fee per event is $250.
Events are three hours with a half hour load in and half hour load out in addition.
If you would like to add an additional hour(s), a $500 charge will be added to your invoice per hour.
Each event comes with bartenders, service staff, an on-site event coordinator and chef. We staff your event based on guest count, so rest assured that you will have more than enough helping hands!

CHARGE BY USAGE
You will have an open tab that will be added to your final invoice.
If minimum food and beverage spending is not met, the difference will be added as a room fee to the final invoice.
To move forward and secure your date and time, we require a $500 deposit by credit card or check. Make checks out to Napoleon's Grill. For credit cards, we will send you a credit card authorization form that can be filled out electronically and sent back.
