FAQ

Whenever we see names with 2 table purchases, we automatically put them together.  If you have friends or family going to the show, let us know by emailing kerry@napoleonsgrill.com and we will do our best to make sure you are near/by each other.

Can I choose or switch my table upon arrival?

In order to be fair, the tables are chosen in the order in which they were purchased from the front of the stage to the back of the room, so get your tables early!  If you would prefer a table in the back, please email kerry@napoleonsgrill.com.  If you need a low table, we must know that ahead of time.  Please email kerry@napoleonsgrill.com if you need a low top or have any particular needs, and we will do our very best to meet them.  

What kind of food do you have?

We serve the entire Napoleon's menu for every show unless specified otherwise.  Please feel free to check out the menu page on Napoleon's or here on the vista room site. 

Do you host private events at your venue?

We sure do! Plan your wedding, mitzvah, celebration or whatever else you've got up your sleeve at the Vista Room. Contact our General Manager at Kerry@napoleonsgrill.com and we’ll send you info on special event rentals! 

Can I play here?

Interested in playing The Vista Room? You’re in good company. We are fortunate to continually be receiving a large volume booking requests. We hope to give all submissions a fair listen which takes some time. Please do not contact the venue directly or make submissions through our Facebook page – there’s no way to get around this process, and our staff cannot do anything to make the process move more quickly.

If I'm under 21, can I come to a show at the Vista Room?

If you are under 21, you must be accompanied by a parent.  

if a show says sold out, are there tickets held at the door?

We do not hold tickets at the door, but we do have keep table/ticket waiting lists for each show that reaches a sell out.  To get on a ticket or table waiting list, please email kerry@napoleonsgrill.com with the show you would like to attend, the number in your party and a reachable phone number.

What ticketing company do you use?

We use Freshtix because of their awesome customer service, customizable show pages and the lowest ticket convenience fees around.

What is your capacity?

350  for shows with no seating, 250 for general admission shows, which feature a mix of standing and fixed seating areas. For certain genres, we may add additional seating and tables in various layout, which lowers the overall capacity. With a removable wall in between the Vista Room and Napoleon's, we are also able to double our capacity whenever 

Do you allow smoking in your venue?

No, we are a non-smoking venue. 

Can I take pictures at the show?

Absolutely!  Just make sure to share them on our facebook or Instagram pages!

Can you scan my ticket if I don't have it printed out?

We have a digital check in, so no print out is required!

I didn't get my email with my ticket, can I still get in?

If you purchased a ticket, then all you need is the name or id associated with the purchase.  No email or print out necessary!

Where should I park?

We have PLENTY of free, well-lit parking in front of and behind the Vista Room, so parking at our venue is never a concern!

Where is the Vista Room

We are on Lavista near the intersection of Oak Grove Road, in a shopping center called Vista Grove in the city of Decatur.  We are only minutes away from I-285, Clairmont Road, Toco Hills and Tucker.  Having trouble finding us, give us a call at 404-321-5000.

Do you have seating?

Yes, there are a limited number of reserved tables, make sure you get them soon as they tend to sell out first.
